Our mission is to help you or your loved one with behavior change goals in the home, community or workplace. We help you tackle those smaller goals like children cleaning up their room or drinking more water to accomplishing larger goals like toilet training, improved social skills and communication. We empower you with the knowledge and accountability to make positive changes and will work with you until your goals are met. With a background in the science of human behavior and those that are neurodivergent, we take a positive approach to teach the skills to self manage behaviors and the skills needed to make the changes last.

Try sampling foods that will be provided at Thanksgiving if you feel your child will go for it. Sometimes the only time some of us see stuffing is Thanksgiving..... and most children are not keen on novel foods. Bringing or providing something you know your child will eat and keeping expectations for novel food low, you're more likely to have a successful holiday. Thanksgiving is around the corner for many of us. Lets start with predictability. We all feel more relaxed and in control of our environment when it is predictable. Around fall break, there are typically changes to the schedule, both with being out of school and traveling/visiting with family. Micro schedules are what most people refer to as 'daily schedules.' These are super helpful with predictability but I especially love them because they present the opportunity for our learners to make choices. Allow them to choose the order of activities when possible and allow them to skip/avoid tasks when appropriate. They should have a say. Micro schedules set this up nicely. Macro schedules offer another level of predictability. In some instances, it allows a countdown to special occasions.
